Alyssa's Tuna Lettuce Wraps



After our Friday training session, my client Alyssa sent me a picture of her post-workout meal. She is trying to incorporate more protein into her diet but is always on the go. She's committed to her fitness goals, even though she has to return to work right after our sessions. I hope you enjoy this quick and easy recipe.

  • Tuna lettuce wraps

  • 1 can of tuna

  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp of Cholula

  • 1/4 cup of banana peppers
